WELCOME TO THE WORSHIP MOVEMENT FAMILY
We are so honored and excited you have chosen us as your studio! We value each and every family and consider it a blessing to be able to be a part of your child’s life. Our goal is to provide excellent instruction while building your child’s inner strength as a believer, a friend and a student. Our intention is to provide space for our students to ENCOUNTER the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, EMBRACE what that means for them personally and EXPRESS those fundamentals in their creativity.
We are BIG on communication. It is our promise to respond to you in a quick manner and vow to leave no question unanswered. You can contact us via email at worshipmvt@gmail.com or find the appropriate contact information below. You will receive regular newsletters and important information via email so please ensure you have provided the studio with an up-to- date email address that is regularly checked. We ask that you open these communications and let us know if you aren’t receiving monthly updates. We are of course happy to include multiple email addresses per family if you would like. If contact information changes throughout the year, please notify us asap!
ATTENDANCE
Consistent class attendance is very important. Our syllabus is progressive and builds as the year goes on. Choreography is also progressive and it is not easy for our students to catch up or for our teachers to visualize when the student misses multiple classes. We ask for your commitment in keeping attendance a priority as well as being on time for class.
Classes missed due to sickness, injury or vacation are able to be made up by attending another class that is similar in age, level and style. Classes cancelled due to inclement weather can also be made up. We will post on Social Media and send emails if the studio needs to close for the safety of our dancers. Tuition will not be discounted or refunded for missed classes.
We are unable to take responsibility for our students before or after their scheduled classes and it is the responsibility of the parent to ensure their child is picked up and dropped off in a timely manner. In the case of an emergency or unavoidable delay, please contact the studio immediately to inform us of the situation so we can keep your child calm nad safe until they can be collected.
we will need to charge a $15 fee if a child is picked up later than 10 minutes after their class is over. It will accumulate another $15 per 10 minutes late.
